Does Collector Craft do custom work?

While we would love to be able to, to continue designing new products and keep up with our current demand, we are not taking custom work orders at this time. 

When are new designs coming out?

We are hard at work on new designs! With that being said, if you sign up for our newsletter, you will be the first to know when new products hit the shop!

Does the case come with a Raspberry Pi board pre-programmed?

Our cases do not come with Raspberry Pi board. We do offer support in any way that we can to help our customers with their custom builds! We've built tons of systems ourselves and are more than happy to help out with any questions whether it's your first system or your tenth. Should you have any questions regarding programming your board, please fill out our contact form. 

Can a power switch be added to my case?

Yes! We personally like the in-line micro USB power switch as it connects to the board and is external the case so no case modifications are necessary. 

Where do the fan and LED plug in to the Raspberry Pi Board?

My LED light turns on with my Raspberry Pi Board, but then shuts off. What's wrong?

Don't worry--your LED still functions! You'll just need to program the LED light to your Pi board. Please reference this video for help programming your LED to stay on:

What are the dimensions for the Tinytendo 64 Cartridge to print a label?

Are there bulk pricing options?

Yes, we do offer bulk pricing options if you are interested in purchasing 5 or more cases. Please contact us with the case and quantity you are interested in and we will get back to you as soon as possible with bulk pricing.

I ordered the wrong case for my Raspberry Pi. Can I return or exchange my case?

Yes, we do allow return and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
To return a product, please contact us with the reason and any information you can provide as to why you would like to return the product. We do require buyers to ship the product back to our shop. We conduct an inspection of the product and issue refund based on that. We do charge a 10% restocking fee for returned products.
To exchange a product, please contact us and let us know that you plan on exchanging your product then place an order for the new product you would like to exchange for. We require buyers to ship the unwanted product back to our shop where we do the same inspection as a return. Once we've processed the product, we will issue a refund for the unwanted product, but do not charge a 10% restocking fee for the exchange.
